Usually go here after bank hours. Indoors, plus accessable via bank card so it's a bit safer that way. Doors are a bit weird, but feel hefty and secure.

This is the worst customer experience I ever had on this bank, the staff are very unprofessional, I have more that one hour waiting and there is no people here and the banker can assist me because he has an appointment one hour after, and there is nobody here and he just seated doing nothing playing with his phone and the computer. I'll get my money out of this bank.

This is a pretty spacious dedicated ATM location. Most ATM locations feel as if they're an afterthought. The machines are stuffed in a narrow area and are more like telephone booths. This ATM location is different.When walking into the doors, the bank is straight ahead and the ATMs are in a dedicated space to the right. There's lovely art on the wall (Wells Fargo logo) and chairs in this foyer area BEFORE you get to the ATM room. You'll need your bank card during off hours to get in, but I love the design here.

The most ridiculous in house rules to close an account. Service manager didn't know what he was doing. Had to call into the same 800 number we use, and it took hours Go to CHASE

The worst brunch manager. I need a piece of document that takes less 5 min to make. I was given the same document at a different WF brunch at the window, not by the banker with the appointment. So how would I know that I need one in this location? The manager was simply rude. She left to the office to do a page, then she comes back and scolding me again. Mam, I am not your child. I am your customer. And you are terrible at your job.

I would highly suggest to check your money when receiving money from a teller or the ATM Machinecheck your money and make sure you are not receiving counter fit bills....I went back 2 days laterand spoke to the Manager Justin...at this branch andhe was very petty about it and would not do anything about thisI am a long time customer and they were very petty with this...I will be closing my account Wells Fargo....they are very petty and unprofessional ...and they give out COUNTER FIT money so if you have an account there check your money before leaving thisparticular branch 666 3rd Avenue....highly recommend this...
