Visited the Soho location with a specific bag in mind. Was told they would need to request it from the warehouse - but no worries! Absolutely NO PRESSURE to buy when we return. Guess what? Staff who was pleasant the first visit changed their tune IMMEDIATELY when I decided not to buy the bag upon our return. And...they added a bit of class to the interaction by YELLING at my daughter across the showroom"HEY!!!! No videos!!!"...when just 2 days earlier, they were more than happy to accommodate her. Hmmmm. Just avoid these stores. Fashionphile is a JOY to do business with!

I sold my used Louis Vuitton to them. The bag retails at over $2,500 on their website. I was sent the wrong prepaid shipping label and my bag was lost. After 3 weeks of trying to get in touch, they finally responded and told me the check would be written in the full amount they quoted me, but never confirmed or provided any proof that the check was sent. I did receive the check, but overall terrible business and a very poor way to handle a high end item. It was not a fun experience.

It's great, but I have a problem with its so overpriced. I just can't spend 7000 on a used bag, even if it's in great condition. I wouldn't pay that for a new bag. The fashion industry has gone greedy mad. I'm sorry but I'm not in on paying too much for used items. Otherwise there's great stuff really and the staff is excellent. I guess you have to wait for a sale here.

Pissed is an understatement. Bought a vintage Chanel that had been redyed which was not disclosed to me. Immediately upon wearing it the dye started to bleed all over my clothes. The bag is unwearable. After MONTHS of promising to source me a new bag and following up multiple times, no bag was secured. Only compensation offered was 15% off my next Chanel purchase - I will never be shopping here again and will be disputing the charge.

Beware of this company. They misrepresented a Chanel bag as being a runaway bag when in fact it was ready to wear. when I notified them of that one hour after the purchase, they refused to accept a return, even though the bag had not been shipped or even left the store. They have not responded to any texts or emails and only after i disputed the charge with American Express, did they decide to ship the bag to me, despite the instructions in writing and verbally many times that they were not authorized to ship it. They misrepresented a $7000 plus item and take no responsibility and only replied to me by saying “what’s the difference whether it’s runway are ready to wear”? Well the value is totally different and they should know that better than anyone! And obviously they do know it. They are just a shady company. Stay away.

Bought a Chanel bag on 4/23 when I received it I promptly returned it with an authorization sheet. They sat on the return for 3 weeks and then refused the return. I reached out to both the Seth Weisser and Gerard Maione via registered mail and NEITHER had the courtesy to reply! The company “tags were removed”. My guess is there never were authenticity cards in the bag in the first place. They simply don’t stand behind their products.

I ordered a Louis Vuitton Cruiser 45 from WGACA yesterday and received it this morning. First, the Next Day Air charge was pretty low - about $45, which was likely less than half of the actual shipping cost because this is a large bag that arrived well-packed in a huge box. I usually try to buy new because you never know what you're going to get second-hand, but the bag I wanted has been out of regular production for a few years and only pops available from LV directly every once in a while - and when it does pop up, it's $1,050 more than the price at WGACA. You also have to deal with the diminishing quality of canvas/leather on bags produced in the last 3-5 years, and with LV, it can feel like the lottery - you will either get a perfect one or one with flaws bad enough to induce a return. Over the years I have purchased from Fashionphile, TRR, Yoogi, AFF, all of them - I can honestly say this is the FIRST time I've ever received an item in better overall condition than described. The bag almost looks new - it could not have been carried more than a handful of times, and a number of the "flaws" WGACA described in the listing, I honestly could not find on the bag. They are very much in the business of underpromising and overdelivering - and I LOVE THAT! I am shocked and extremely pleased and will 100% order from What Comes Goes Around Comes Around again - cannot recommend them enough.

I placed an order online and received it over a week ago but realized I accidentally ordered the wrong item. I reached out the same day I received it as it says to email to start a return and have not heard back. I’ve emailed at least 3 times following up to no avail and there is no phone number listed to call “corporate”. I called the retail location to see if they could help but they also don’t have a contact for corporate. Shady, shady business!!! I am currently unable to return a very pricey item and they do not respond!
