So this had to be the worst location I'd visited for some sliders. For some reason the food just taste different, the sliders weren't that soft bun, juicy burger I've grown to know. The meat literally had no flavor, not seasoned at all. And where the hell was the ketchup!!! The burger's were so dry and honestly i cringed every bite, asking myself what's wrong with this. I honestly have always lived White Castle's, and this experience may have changed my mind! I'll be trying their food again, just not this location...

Food never arrived, somehow they hired the only delivery driver in Manhattan that can't find my address. Not that I could eat the food anyways, it had sat ready for an hour before it was picked up for delivery. No way to cancel this travesty. Every aspect of this experience was an extreme disappointment, and they have lost a customer for life.

Horrible location!!!!! The drive thru was over an hour, and 1/2 wait for 2 cars, mine was the 3rd. The drive thru is awkward, and the staff was RUDE!!! Food was not hot, just warm. Never returning. They don't care about the service they provide our area with!
