Great mattresses here! Tina is wonderful. The process of buying one and getting it delivered is both cost friendly and easy to complete. Wonderful!

They belong to organic Modernism and function with the same horrible customer service and quality of furniture. It's been 7 months since I've spoke to Inanc or prefers to be called Marc because hes ashamed of his own ethnic background. Taking my money and never getting the furniture to me. Thank god my card company finally accepted the Dispute claim but just to save the rest of you guys from 7 months of hell. Stay the hell away

We've visited the shop to take a look at the dining table. They have gorgeous and authentic furniture at a reasonable price! And after we decided to purchase the dining table, all the after service was perfect. On time delivery with good service.

After spending many a precious hour at high-end furniture stores in SOMA, 9th Street Designer Clearance is a godsend. Jerome was super helpful in helping us pick out a new living room set that perfectly matched our space & aesthetic. But of course the amazing thing was the quality vs. the price...having spent far too much $$ at SOMA Sofa & the like, I was prepared for the worst....but the prices were more than reasonable, especially for what we got.

We purchased the Media Credenza / Media Console (83") through a black friday sale that offered a nice discount for all furniture in-house. We currently live in the suburbs and weren't able to make it in-store, but Margaret was extremely helpful with the transaction. One week later the piece was delivered with some slight, but noticeable damage. We sent some photos to Margaret and she immediately sprang into action making sure we received a new piece in a timely manner. Her professionalism was completely on par with what we would expect from a high-end company. The piece is breath-taking. Every time I look at it I have to pinch myself that we actually own it! I cannot recommend White on White enough: high quality product, beautiful craftsmanship, and stellar costumer service--the trifecta of what one expects when shopping high-end.

White on White Furniture is my favorite furniture place! The owner Mohammad has been nothing but helpful to my husband and myself and gave us such a great deal on our new bed. I will definitely be going back if we have anymore furniture needs!

I wish I had a more positive review to share as we love the store and the look of the products. Unfortunately the quality of both the furniture/pieces and surprisingly the customer service that followed were significantly below expectation, especially for such "high end" pieces. My girlfriend and I purchased a beautiful buffet/credenza that was a floor model, with a small crack in one of the drawers, as well as a large wood carving sculpture. Within a few months, the crack on the drawer had gotten worse despite oiling it monthly, which was no problem as we knew we bought it for a discount due to the imperfection, however the other doors and drawers which had no signs of issues at the time of purchase started to split at the seams of the veneer (we were not told that they were not solid wood) and one of the doors warped pretty significantly. Additionally, the wood sculpture had cracked in 5 places, one nearly all the way through, which would have snapped the piece in half due to the shape and top-heavy design of the sculpture. Upon politely and proactively bringing this to both the store and Organic Modernism's attention and proposing possible solutions, they told us they were not willing to do anything about the buffet (even when I proposed paying to have the doors repaired/replaced). What made the experience worse was they were beyond rude at several points during the process, which took nearly a month to resolve. They finally were willing to let me swap out the sculpture for a similar one (with a more stable design), yet we now have a buffet that looks great (until you get up close). They lost at least two loyal customers due to their unacceptable customer service and unwillingness to explore a solution with a customer who lives in the neighborhood, who prior to our poor experience had actually sent in friends who bought a large, full priced buffet. Needless to say, we wanted to share this negative experience so that you know what you're getting into with their surprisingly sub-standard, expensive products and even worse their unwillingness to stand behind their products after the sale. You're better off spending the same (or less) for higher quality products with other companies that pride themselves on service, rather than scoff at it. You can (and should) do better Organic Modernism.

I love this place. Both their copies of mid-century icons and new designs are well-executed and have proved to be sturdy and long-lasting. A great great NYC resource.
