This wf is new and clean. I guess because it is newly opened. Nice food section. The staffs are nice.

There hasn't been any Kosher chicken or meat lately. The new Meat Department Manager says Kosher chicken is no longer her priority

A nice addition to the FiDi area. I like the convenience of this WF to the J train at Broad Street. Also, a normal selection of WF basics. However I wish the bakery section was laid out a bit differently.

I've been in this Whole foods more than any other Whole foods, since they've started operating in NYC.Good "hot bar" food options upstairs with ample seating downstairs and in the back. The store is not "overwhelming" in size but offers a wide variety of everything I shop for. This store has helped me better understand how Amazon is integrating it's tech and app with their company. I can pay with the QR code linked in my Amazon account. I can easily return or pick up items from Amazon in their delivery spot. Easy check out, both upstairs and downstairs. They've just made it easy. I'd take this store over most other location and specifically any other chain.

Went here to buy some NY Style Cheesecake to go as a sweet treat. Certainly decent and good quality. Obviously looked around too and a very good selection of groceries.

So happy to see another Whole Foods opened up by where I work. A great place to buy natural or organic food at a low price. Their 365 brand is an affordable brand that people should go for if they want to go natural in their diet. They also have a great selection of supplements and natural beauty care selection for people who have health issues and want to be clean. So now I can either go to the Whole Foods at Tribeca or financial district!!!

This Whole Foods is one of the most disappointing locations when it comes to supply / in stock items , fresh flowers, and fresh foods.Fresh Flower selection is horrible at this location. Generally browning already on the edges of flowers. No cool variety or selection of flowers compared to other Whole Foods. I use to love to buy fresh flowers esp. from Whole Foods. (Some flowers are already bloomed and dying - yet they are still on the floor trying to sell). In the cheese area I purchased uncured meat for a cheese board that was already expired for over 1 week.Stock is very low or frequently picked over with items often being out of stock.Nothing is “fresh Fresh” it’s beyond frustrating to spend the money on local or organic foods and have them not be fresh. The fresh vegetable and fruit are slim pickings … I have no idea who does the ordering but it’s so gross what they have out to sell!- Basil will be wilting and going bad- apples will be all bruised and starting to go bad & soft- celery is out- banana all bruised- oranges will be soft- clementine are breaking open with decay in a bag with some that are fine but still out to sell- potatoes are growing spuds- onions are badly bruised- garlic that’s not bad is hard to findThis location needs help!

This is the worst location ever. It needs new management. I spent 20 minutes in there only to find out that they didn't have vegetables out yet at 8:40 am and they open up at 7. This is misleading customers. Having doors open, but actually not ready to serve customers needs! This wasn't the first time, the shelves are often half stocked, there's no pastries in the morning for breakfast and on and on. I must say that the staff members are nice but the management need to stop saving up money on not having staff in early to stock up shelves. They also need to get off their high horses because of the location, thinking that they will make enough money anyway. This is why vegetables and fruits are never fresh here. They put them out late so they don't get sold.

Although we are grateful for a whole foods store in our neighborhood, this one has very limited stock and variety compared to other locations in the NYC area. Fresh produce often runs out early in the afternoon, so stopping by after work is fruitless. If you're looking to load up on groceries for a few days rather than grab something for tonight's dinner, I'd shop elsewhere.

Whole foods is so awsome everywhere else but this location kinda sucks honestly, they don’t make sandwiches, they don’t heat up the ready made food for you, they only make like 10 blueberry muffins during breakfast time and when they are sold out they are don’t till the next day. the cafe women are terrible they act like they don’t wanna be working there and like you are bothering them when you ask them to ring something up. Employees like this give your company a bad name I wont be coming back and its a shame too because they do have high quality stuff, I hope another store replaces this location.

This location feels like a maze and there is barely anyone on the store floor to ask questions. The store looked very messy and it was just after opening on a weekday. The cafe is even worse, the lady that was there didn’t acknowledge us for almost 3 minutes as she was just standing there. Whenever she took the order there was no greeting, almost as if she was forced to come to work and didn’t want to be there. Whole Foods has such a high reputation to keep they should really make sure their stores and the associates meet the standard. The only plus in this store is the large seating area.

I was really glad when they opened a Whole Foods in my neighborhood downtown. As you might imagine, space for supermarkets is kind of tough in one of the most crowded parts of the city, so the layout is a little funky, but once you get used to it you'll enjoy one of the more modern, upscale supermarkets in the city, filled with all your slightly overpriced, guilty pleasures.

We popped into this Whole Foods store when visiting New York. Store Team Leader, Steffen, and his team were all really helpful. We found everything we needed, including some sweet treats from the bakery.

You can pick up and drop off your Amazon packages. No box is needed for returns there. It's in the lower level, so be aware that network signal may be spotty, so have your return QR code ready before going to the lower level. Otherwise, anyone who lives in the city knows Whole Foods is just overpriced like everything else in this city, so there's not much to say other than it's a regular market with a decent buffet and seating area, but get ready to pay an arm and a leg for anything purchased there.

Hours!7-10nStaying outside for 40 mins now, after 7 am. Nobody has explained anything so far. Employees inside just passing by. At least say the reason or hours changes etc. so rude, so ridiculous. Overall nice store, but this is very poor customer service.
