Decent selection, clean store and pretty good customer service. It's all I ask for, really.

Fresh organic produce is priced appropriately and always well stocked. You can find clean groceries here, nuts, cereals, fish, a butcher shop, baked good, desserts, and even a cafe! It's a Whole Foods Market, so it's expensive. But the selection and quality are fantastic.

One of the greatest Whole Foods in the USA. They must’ve got this massive space for a good price so they actually put a LOT OF effort in building this well- once and for all! Do not miss this! Great staff too. Friendly Philly vibe exists.

Unfortunately, the Loss and Prevention team enforces their policy through scare tactics such as intimidation and false accusations of theft without evidence. Early in the morning, an undercover prevention officer looked at me menacingly as he passed me and literally turned around to continue staring at me. When I asked him if he worked there, he did not want to identify himself and began to escalate the situation in an unpleasant way. As he blocked the only aisle to make a quick payment, he rudely told me, "Don't worry, I don't have to tell you who I am." He had no identification or uniform, so at that moment I felt in danger. His colleagues and the manager on duty (including the security guard who came to his defense) were not interested in alleviating the problem; Everyone watched as we exchanged words. Unfortunately, the manager (I think Steven) also showed no intention of stopping the arguement, of course, until I asked him to intervene. Neither the manager nor the employees showed the slightest empathy; The officer and the security guard stood to the side making comments. Of course, I was furious. Today I still feel unfairly attacked. The regional manager at Wholefoods seems to accept their lack of professionalism and, to this day, I have not received an apology from Whole Foods Market, Inc.Bullies don't belong in loss prevention. Honest shoppers should never have their experience interrupted by scare tactics from security personnel. Since this incident occurred, I have had bad experiences with many of the employees. Whole Foods Market cannot continue to treat me unprofessionally.UPDATE: February 6, 2024 The same loss prevention officer and security guard tried to make me feel uncomfortable by looking at me menacingly as I walked past them. And Why do they stand in the customer's way at Fast Checkout? The security guard rolled his eyes at me and sucked his teeth as I made my way between them. I called to speak with Tiffany (the MOD) but she showed very little empathy or gave me a time frame to call back and follow up.Obviously, this Amazon affiliate values profits above customers.

great store at great location, however for delivery some of the delivery people will game their company by stretching the time to last minute even going late on our delivery. our order was the next stop for over 45 mins and even went late while watching the deliver tracker show the delivery person go to various neighborhoods around us while the stop before us was a 10 minute walk away.

Great place. Always being a friend of wf. Very cute decoration. However, the Cafe is just a bit smelly : chairs and tables. The bathroom needs some cleaning too. But in general it is nice.

5 stars to the staff. Very courteous and polite. However food court does not have microwave. And the chairs are a bit smelly... They do have the best food though among other locations. Their chef must be very good.

One of the newer locations that opened up from the looks of it. It's not a large place, and the connecting coffee place makes the entrance kind of hard to find. I saw many customers struggle to find the front door; besides the glass door being shattered and taped... This location is two floors, and there's an ample amount for self-checkout stations. And the staff is attentively helpful, like almost instantly! The guy popped up next to me like a genie... Startled me a bit because I had my headphones on lol As soon as I used two bags, he replaced it right afterwards. What can I say... that is diligence! They have my toast brand sparkling white tea on sale, so I had to get it; especially since it's not sold at every location. Then I saw the name of this cake "Chocolate Eruption" and had share it with a friend. Sadly, the cake was disappointing... I've had better baked goods from them ... And this cake was just not quality at all. It's like an overly sweet frosting, dry chocolate cake layer that made me sad ...:( Regrettable purchase .... But their chocolate chip cookies and brownies are still my favorite, I just didn't find it at this location today. Also didn't find the bakery section technically... Maybe I missed it somewhere ? Perhaps another day of exploration.... For those in need... Bathroom code: 55223#

This place has degraded into the lowest quality Whole Foods location in New York City with the worst service. Priced the same as everywhere else but the meat keeps getting funkier and the fish smells too revolting to buy. their offering is not as comprehensive as other locations despite it being a fairly good size store.

Very rude people working the Amazon return here. Came at 9:20 and the customer service p told me they don't "have the machine" downstairs. I go upstairs and the lady running customer service upstairs says she's closed. My package is big so I ask how I can return larger packages since I took an Uber. She said "I'm closed" and walked away. Sign says you can return with customer service until 10pm - what's the point of having hours posted if I get duped for coming during the hours? Waste of time.
