They canceled or modified my order randomly more than 3 times. I never seen such a horrible service in any retail industry. Still waiting for my racquet .

Buyer beware. Wilson has one of the most antiquated return policies I've ever come across. You've got 30days. That's it. No store credit, no refund. I've literally got over $100 dollars worth of merchandise that doesn't fit. So disappointed. As much as I love Wilson's athleisure vibe, I will shop elsewhere.

Nice store with lots of options in tennis rackets and sports accessories. Unfortunately staff is busy chit chatting with each other. The customer rep I went to for a product question seemed like he didn’t even want to be there. Pretty poor experience but fun place to shop.

Staff are unwilling to help or any customer’s questions. They are just chatting with each other and ignore customers. When asked if they can put the string on the tennis racket, they said it had to wait until tomorrow. But the machine was literally right there and no one was using it. It only takes 10 minutes to get it done. But they have around 5 staff in the stores and they are just chatting ?

Amanda is an excellent saleslady/cashier, very knowledgeable about the company and the products, engaging with the customers and here attitude is naturally nice, I always have good interaction with the sales at the Broadway location, but Amanda is the best so far. Good job.

Great aesthetics and price-to-quality ratio! Really like the retro tennis look. Got two tops near closing time and the lady named Sue was clearly in a bad mood and couldn’t wait for us to get out so she could go home (total silence when we checked out, no eye contact, told us they were closing earlier and didn’t tell me where the fitting room was when asked about trying things on). Will come back but service could be improved: no need to be super warm or accommodating but just announce the price when you ring people up, look at customers when they ask you questions, and stay courteous and professional when the shop is still open? We walked out at 7:56pm, 4 min before their closing time

It's a shame to really have a bad experience at such a beautifully curated store. Personally, I don't mind sharing the average person's perspective. It just indicates that's how most employees treat customers on a regular basis as opposed to being selective who's cool enough to help. Lol. Soho and egos for you. I'm too old for that nonsense. We walked in on 04.14.23 around opening time. Literally Dead. There were two employees: one replenishing clothes out the plastic bags, and the other helping a couple. We make our way to the tennis area because we knew what we wanted. (Background: We wanted to commit and invest in a performance racquet. Our goal was the blade racquets). I played alot of tennis in my youth and most stores don't carry racquets the way they use to back in the days. Therefore, I had questions. Was surprised and ecstatic Wilson finally had a brick and mortar in Soho. Not to my surprise, since I've worked plenty retail to recognize these employees showed no interest in assisting. They simply saw us enter and kept it moving. The second employee helping a couple ended up finishing to help another walk in with a purchase to then helping the first employee with replenishing the clothes. He did all that to avoid my little group. Lol. If you been in the store, you would know the tennis section is next to the cash wrap, 10-15 feet. So, no engagement. After patiently waiting and had observed enough we wasn't going to be helped, we left. Wasn't worth the attitude to have on such a beautiful Saturday warm morning. Very disappointed because it's universally understood to be busy and unable to help versus you saw how inconvenience you can be helping certain customers. I knew there was another Wilson stores we can try to hit up on the UES. I will indulge you on our UES experience on the next review. What a disappointing experience both Wilson store had to offer. This type of service seems to be the theme and training Wilson provides. Personally, when I recognized these behaviors, I keep it moving. I do agree with a fellow Yelper, Paragon Sports might be a better choice. There's a lot of product knowledge to gain on purchasing age appropriate equipment for each sport. We must rely on brick and mortar stores, experts, coaches or word of mouth to assist. Hence, I hope they are able to step up their level of service for the next patron.

Do not want to come here again.Visiting NYC and we were very excited to be visiting the Wilson Flagship - made sure it was one of our stops in our trip schedule. While most of the staff on the floor were wonderful and super friendly, the lady at the register basically ruined it for everyone else. She was very rude, barely responsive to questions, rolled up (didn’t even fold) our clothes and squished them in the bag, didn’t bother making eye contact, doesn’t know how to smile … or even talk for that matter. Also, we spent over $300 and asked politely if we could have an extra bag since we were 2 people and were denied. Other stores that offer reusable bags don’t seem to have a problem offering extra.Other than that, the store itself was very nice, but some staff very evidently need to be reminded of how to treat their customers. It’d be great if you could have your customers walk out of the store, feeling happy about the money they just spent.

The staff couldn’t do enough for us in what is an awesome store complete with a basketball court. Mike was great and spent time going through our order which included the customisation of balls with laser etching our team name. Great service and as always with Wilson great product range.
