Service is terrible. No leniency if you are 1 minute late. Service reps are rude and not understanding at all.

I just called to add more to an order that was placed by my company yesterday. I was helped by an employee named Keith, not only was it not a problem making changes to the order for like the 10th time, he was down right pleasant. Rarely do you find an employee that is as eager to do his job well as this guys was.

If you are shooting film, TV or commercial in NYC and need a production assistant and a truck full of supplies, Wits End is your one stop shop. The staff at Wits End is extremely knowledgeable and professional and the trucks are well stocked with everything you need to put on a successful production. The owner Keith is one of the nicest guys on the planet and he will do everything in his power to make sure your job goes smoothly. I cannot recommend Wits End more highly for your production needs.
