This positive review is for Addie she was the only associate who showed interest in helping. I came for a shirt in the stockroom and was told previously they didn’t have it but she checked and called for it however after waiting for 15-20 mins it still didn’t come I went to purchase my other item having to leave and she asked if I found it I told her it never came and she asked if I wanted a manager to grab it however I had to leave but I appreciate her assistance and effort!

The service was extremely disappointing! When I approached a male staff member with a question, I politely said, "Sorry to interrupt you..." His reaction was shocking; he abruptly walked away, almost as if he were dancing. He had a dark blue blazer. I was left standing there, puzzled by the lack of response. Even when he passed by me again, he didn't acknowledge my presence.

I made my first trip to Zara on Broadway after living in NYC for 30 years, I needed mens suits, they had a good sale. But I was warned; eat something first, stay calm, it can get crazy stressful. Thus, I went at opening, good choice. T'was calm and quiet, and ALL of the staff were kind and very helpful. Big shout out to Raphael, director of the men's department, so helpful and kind, and he saved me mo' money!Could have got 5 stars, but I was sent upstairs, then down, due to exchanges being upstairs and purchases down, and I had a cane. But, still a nice experience overall. Recommend an opening hour visit for sure!

The sales associates were quite pleasant and easy to engage with.Unpon entering the store on 12/22/23, at approximately 5:30 - 6pm.The stores greeter was very helpful and genuinely positive and polite!Such a gentleman and exact in his direction as it pertained to my questionsMost notably was Tiffany. She was en route with a piece of merchandise when I asked for information.She offered to help and get someone to assist me. But she returned later and steered me through yo the men's puffer vest.I also met with Michael. Also pleasant, and I shared my favorable experience with him also.The store was very busy, and the lines were long, but the gentleman at the cash register delivered the best service.He was systematic in clearing every customer on the line.No negative attitude. Attentive and directed customers to the self-serve registers as an option.Thank-you, team Zara. You delivered and I am grateful ?

Terrible service. I bought something online, I went to change because of the size, I arrived at 4 pm a lady told me is possible but I have to wait because the smaller size is on stock after 1 hour...finally they arrived with the new size...they make me wait more to do the line ..I pass at 5 pm and the guy on the desk tells me there is no exchange!!!! Date 4 November 2023 time 5 pm..terrible management

Addie is the best sales person in the entire Zara store. She was extraordinarily helpful, assisted me in choosing items, and made my purchasing experience seamless. I’ll come again, just because of her.PS - she really likes M&M’s. You should bring her a bag to thank her for for her stellar customer service.
