Zara if you’ve been to one you’ve been to them all. One thing I hate about this place is the fact that they do not have chairs to sit on while waiting for the wife to go shopping. I would highly recommend getting chairs but we can relax while waiting on our significant others.

Store feels very picked over. The store at Hudson Yards is 10x nicer. Not the best selection and merchandise is all over the floor.

Funny story to laugh atI pay for my items 50 $ while it is actually cost 139 $So because of my religion and humanity when I checked! I turned back again for them to tell them and to pay pay extra money for the real priceInstead of being thankful and respect my action!They act as if I was the one who came to take their money!

Soho location is the cleanest and the most organized Zara in NYC. There are registers on the ground level & downstairs and move pretty fast.

Simply disgusting organization of the warehouse. If you ask for something to be brought to you from the warehouse, be prepared that your order will be lost or you may have to wait an hour!

Zara Team,I am sending this email in reference to the Zara Soho location, at 503 Broadway New York, NY 10012 on Friday November 17th at or around 8:40pm ET. This pertains to a missing Medium size quilted YSL Designer Bag.I was shopping , as I am a frequent shopper of Zara. I was trying on a coat and had placed my Black YSL bag - as described in the preamble, on a rack of clothes while I proceeded to try on said coat. Mistakenly I walked away from my bag and proceeded to purchase a coat and a pair of boots from your store, both items totaling $199.01. I was in the store very near the closing time and there were more employees in the store as opposed to any customers.Unfortunately I noticed my bag was missing after the store had closed. I tried calling customer service and they shared with me that they did not have any means to contact the store directly and that I had to go to the store and file a complaint regarding my missing belongings..I returned to the store during opening hours on Saturday November 18th. I spoke with an associate and she mentioned to me she gave the purse to her manager. I then spoke with the manager and she stated that they’re wasn’t any bags found. I asked if it was possible that they could run the cameras back, as I knew precisely where I left my purse and the time since I purchased items. This request was denied.I am deeply concerned that my personal belongings may have been confiscated by one of your employees. I took the initiative to reach out to customer support because no one would help me at the store location. Please investigate this matter, as I intend to further escalate this issue.I look forward to hearing from your team soon regarding this matter.Thanks,Julia

Very busy store - so I can understand that no one approaches you to see if you need help but a little strange. No real customer service. They do have a lot of choices so if you have time you can look through everything and most likely find something you like. There are great items here -casual, dresses, fancy dresses and more! I could find lots of things for so many occasions! However, if you go on a weekend the line for the dressing room is very long. The store is clean and I love the location because there are a ton of stores around for you to shop! At least go in and look to see what they have!
