The service I received today was really, really bad and disrespectful.The lady at the checkout who had curly red hair and glasses was very discriminatory towards me as an Asian girl. I gave her my gift card and she asked me more than once if it was mine, as if she was accusing me of stealing. She kept asking people left and right of me if the gift card was theirs. After that, she tested me more than once to see if it was my card. I thought, if I handed this card, how come you did not know that it was mine?After that, she accused me of ripping open the belt that I wanted to purchase. I didn’t notice at all at the time. Annoyed, I said I didn’t even want to buy this belt anymore. I was thinking, why would I want to checkout something that had already been opened? I’ve never been accused of stealing before, and I felt very targeted by her accusations.This whole process made me feel very disrespected, like I was a joke to her. I used to come to this store every month and I always thought that Zara was my favorite brand. But now with this super bad customer service experience, I don’t think I will come back here anymore. I would rather consider other similar brands. The worst part was that she didn‘t even say sorry during the whole process.This experience made me realize that the service staff of this brand are of such low standards. I used to love this brand and now when I see it, all I think about will be this embarrassing and annoying experience.

Terrible Service!!! The girl told me I have to wait for 5-10mins for shoes my size. I was waiting for 35mins and she got nothing!!! After 35mins she told me “sorry” we don’t have your size!!!

horrible cashiers , especially the man and the woman in the men section and their responsible women they are not professional at all , the people wait a lot of time to check out, and they are rudevery disappointed.

*THIS REVIEW IS DIRECTED AT THE OVERZEALOUS SALES CLERK*Had a very distasteful experience at this Zara location. Let me preface by saying, we've shopped at almost every Zara location in the NY/NJ area and have never experienced this before. My wife wanted to try on a denim shirtjacket. As normal shopper would, she started taking if off the hanger to put it on. No sooner did she do this, an overzealous sales clerk ran over and practically shouted, "No, you must try that on in a fitting room over there!" We were so shocked, we didn't know what to say. This has never happened at any store: high or low end. She also added, "Shoes need to tried on in the fitting room too!" We weren't even LOOKING at shoes.Mind you, everyone else in the store were incredibly nice and helpful, EXCEPT for this one overzealous, power tripping clerk.

Shopped here for the first time on Black Friday-- sales were decent, but they clearly didn't have the proper amount of staff to handle the amount of customers. They had five cashiers, but probably over 100 people waiting on line. When I finally get up to the register, she had to depend on another colleague to assist with the transaction.I have shopped here on regular days, and it's extremely crowded, however, they should probably focus on bringing on more staff/seasonal staff to handle their amount of customers. I would assume they lose a large amount of people who just walk out when they see how long the wait is. To be honest, had I known how long I would have had to wait, I would have left.
