I had a wonderful experience, Leandro was extremely helpful in locating the perfect new briefcase for me. They also have a donations bin where I was able to deposit my old briefcase.

Me and my friend love Zara and always visit different locations around the city but this one is the WORSE. The management here is so bad the employees look like they’re about pass out stressed (it’s like 3 employees fixing the entire store) and it shows in the energy of the store I didn’t even want to shop just to not have them do more work. The employees couldn’t even help us the way they usually do, the female manager was so rude and dismissive. Will never come here again.

As a frequent shopper at Zara, I must say that I am deeply disappointed and troubled by the working conditions I witnessed during my recent visit to one of their stores. Let me preface this by saying that I have always admired Zara for its trendy fashion and affordable prices. However, my recent experience has left me with a sour taste in my mouth.Upon entering the store, I couldn't help but notice the tense atmosphere among the employees. Their faces bore expressions of exhaustion and stress, and it was evident that they were overworked. Some of them looked visibly ill, with dark circles under their eyes and a lack of energy that spoke volumes about their working conditions. I even saw them sweating bullets. It was genuinely terrifying. As I browsed through the racks, I couldn't shake off the feeling of guilt knowing that these fashionable pieces came at the cost of someone else's well-being. It's heartbreaking to think that behind every trendy garment lies a story of exploitation and mistreatment. What saddened me even more was the behavior of the managers. Instead of showing empathy towards their team, they seemed to be adding to their burden with their rude and dismissive attitude. In conclusion, my experience at Zara has left me deeply troubled and disillusioned. I can no longer turn a blind eye to the exploitation and mistreatment that seems to be ingrained in their business model. Until Zara takes concrete steps to improve the working conditions of its employees, I cannot in good conscience support their brand any longer. It's time for consumers to demand change and hold companies accountable for their actions

Alberto helped me for an online return and it was super easy and he was so helpful! He was even able to ship an item in a different size to the store for free and the whole process did not take long! Thank you!

Love love Zara’s, although all the stores don’t carry the same things but at Zara’s you can always find something beautiful.

I'm a Black professional and I was treated like a criminal when I refused to wait on line a second time for a return. For context, the first time I went to the counter for a return, I was told the return policy changed and I needed a physical receipt that I could request from customer service. I got off the line to call customer service and search my bag more thoroughly. Lucky me, I found the receipt and went back to the counter. The clerk ignored me and called the one white customer on line who was still getting her order together, explained I was already online and the customer said it was ok. Clerk told me I didn't have to wait that long the first time and when I protested and insisted that they process my one item for return, the “manager” told the clerk not to serve me and and said he would not serve me at his store—that I needed to go to another Zara store. Refused to do the transaction even after no one was at the counter or on line, and refused to provide his name. Felt like I was at a 1961 lunch counter. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION

I got racially profiled by a security officer by the name of Howard at this location. Tons of women bypassers were able to go through the door, and yet, he only decided to stop me. He asked me to reveal my shopping my bags to ensure I did not go to watch Avengers with my best friend across the street without paying for my perfume. Joke’s on him because I never stole any perfume, and paid in full for my Zara shoes, all cash.Howard did not diminish my Christmas spirits, but it certainly is unsettling when a fellow immigrant race decides to accuse you of theft and leave these other passing customers unscathed.I have provided proof below that in fact I was headed to the movies and that I never had time for this nonsense to begin with. I work hard for my money and feel every person visiting Zara deserves a chance of enjoying their high quality perfumes. The clothes, I never shop as the quality has dwindled since 2010, when I first started shopping here, thanks to my aunt Sandra. My aunt lives in 67th St down the block and she’s the one who has shown me this location. However, neither of us will be shopping this location, or any Zara for the matter. We will tell friends and family to stop attending this location additionally. And to Howard, it goes a long way showing compassion and empathy. You showed neither to me that evening and I regret to say I did not enjoy our interaction and you demanding I leave the store before pursuing harsher a path of repercussions. As a pre-law major I am very aware of the legal consequences once can face in retail theft, and I am not one of the culprits you believed I was. I wish you luck regardless.

No wonder some retail is doing badly. While Zara has three great floors of merchandise they only have one cash register open even thought they have registers on each floor. Unbelievably and they reason why they just lost $100 of my sales. What a joke and so sad.

I like this Zara store it is a very busy store compared to other locations around the city. However in general I am starting to worry about Zara’s quality. I bought a $50 coat here and it is already starting to look overused just after a few wears.

They are so slow and never have enough people on the registers. I have tried to shop here 4 times in the last month and had to leave. They never open the register downstairs and the line moves so slow. They're always busy taking online returns. The kids section has nothing for boys 0-24 months is very limited compared to the girls section. I give up after today trying to get something on my lunch break and feeling like the line was getting longer the longer I was shopping and not moving. For an area with low foot traffic it's insane they can't move the line faster. Will be going to Hudson yards from now on.

I believe they changed the girls on the floor because the ones that work here now are the worst, they don’t even bother to help you at all. The girl that stay in the fitting room every single time I’ve come here finds excuse after excuse about actually helping and doing her job. They don’t even deserve the 1 star, maybe just for people that work the cashier they’re the only ones that have some sort of idea as far as customer service other than that they suck.
