“Got stuck here when our car battery died. The lovely cashier, Alyssa (pardon my spelling) welcomed us to stay in the store and stay warm with hot cocoa until help arrived. She was so pleasant! Thank you Alyssa!”

“So to say customer service is great is an understatement!! We go in between 3 and 4 in the morning after our shift and Trey is awesome he’s kind and will hold a conversation with you he greets you with a smile and instantly makes sure you are satisfied before you leave the store and his food is phenomenal!! Ask about his version of a Rueben and I promise you won’t regret it!!!! You want kind considerate and respectful service go in on third shift and ask for TREY!!!!!!”
“Went for a flu and shingles shot was greeted by Dr. Melissa McKnight, who also gave me my shots. Nicole checked me out when I purchased some cards. Melissa, Nicole and Rory said thank you and wished me Happy Holidays. Great visit again, that's why this is my favorite CVS store.”

“Subway closes down way to early. If mirabito is open then subway should be open too. Currently the subway closes at 7:30 while mirabito doesnt close until 11:00.”

“I really appreciate the people at CVS in Owego. A p.a. gave me something I should have never taken. I should have read the info on it but I was so sick I didn't bother. I had to get it at another store because Cvs didn't have it. After a week of using it I could barely breath, the pharmacy I got it from wouldn't tell me how to safely get off it , the pa I saw told me to keep taking it. I had the first two conditions listed on the do not take if: list so I went to cvs and the pharmacist was shocked that they gave me that and told me how to get off it. I can't thank him enough !!”

“I like this one.. i genuinely have a good experience when I go to this speedway. 9 times out of 10 the people are friendly.. they have fresh food way more often than most other speedways around do. They may not always have my 1 liter Pepsi, but overall, this is probably my favorite speedway. 😊”
“I'm shocked at the 1 star reviews. If I could I'd give Riquel 10 stars!!! She helped me since 2023 when she was at the Rt.26 Endicott CVS location with prescriptions when I ended up in the hospital for severe sciatica and herniated disc pain. I spoke with Riquel on the phone when I called this CVS location 11/19/2025, I was so glad to hear Riquel is at this CVS since I missed seeing her at the other location. I went to this location to get my vaccine from Riquel. I still have back pain from the herniated disc from 2023, and she came out to my car and gave me my yearly flu shot, which I thought I wasn't going to be able to have given to me since I couldn't physically go into CVS. If you're not physically able to go into the store, please ask for Riquel and she will help you by giving you your vaccine at your car. We need more pharmacists that go above and beyond like her! Thank you so much Riquel, you're the best!!!”
