“Steve really impressed me with the effort and support he gave to get the copper gazebo top I ordered to me. The first 1 was damaged by UPS. When I told Steve he quickly shipped a replacement but UPS took more than a month to get it to me. Steve worked with UPS, requested a formal investigation and finally it arrived yesterday. Working with UPS was not easy, he spent a lot of time. You just don’t get Steve’s level of customer support these days. The box was damaged but the copper top looked great.
