“Huge thank you to Taylor in customer service for going above and beyond for us with our return. The front desk was busy, and having computer issues but he never let that affect how he handled our return of an item we ordered that got delivered used. After checking in store inventory, which ended up also being used, he ordered us a replacement that got delivered next day.”
