Called to make a small order of some specific fixtures that were not in stock, and Chris did a bunch of sleuthing to figure out how to source them and get them to me quickly. He was immediately receptive, proactive, and contacted me to keep me informed. I ended up getting the fixtures more quickly than I ever could have expected. I won't necessarily call customer service a dying art, but it's waning as a practice. I was able to to get genuinely good customer service here, and I felt that was worth a public boost. Thank you!”

The front desk was busy, and having computer issues but he never let that affect how he handled our return of an item we ordered that got delivered used. After checking in store inventory, which ended up also being used, he ordered us a replacement that got delivered next day.”
