Called to make a small order of some specific fixtures that were not in stock, and Chris did a bunch of sleuthing to figure out how to source them and get them to me quickly. He was immediately receptive, proactive, and contacted me to keep me informed. I ended up getting the fixtures more quickly than I ever could have expected. I won't necessarily call customer service a dying art, but it's waning as a practice. I was able to to get genuinely good customer service here, and I felt that was worth a public boost. Thank you!”

“First and foremost, I need to start this review by saying that Lowe's is our family's favorite and only place to shop for all things related to home improvement. We love the quality of merchandise offered, the unparalleled customer service, and how valued and honored Veterans are when shopping there (I truly will never have enough thank yous for this). I want to shout out one employee in particular, a young man named Mikey, who was so patient, kind and helpful to me when I recently picked up a large order for our bathroom renovation. When I scanned the bar code for my order, it was not identified. He came over, helped me find it, obtained everything for me, and guided me through the best way to get it all loaded to my vehicle, which continuing to shop for some last minute things I had previously forgotten about. Mikey was awesome! Totally there for me when I was frustrated thinking that somehow my order had been lost because the pick up scanner was not showing it. Thank you Mikey! You are what awesome customer service is all about!”
