My husband has been looking for a shop vac so I stopped at Brett’s Ace Hardware! I had a wonderful experience! The store was organized and clean! The 2 workers Matt and Francine were working that day! They were very helpful! I found the vac I wanted and I asked Matt about It. He wound up putting the entire shop vac together for me. All I had to do was plug it in! Matt and Francine were Incredibly helpful and kind and were willing to help me without any questions! I’m a happy customer and will recommend this store to everyone❤

“Had a really good experience here recently. Called to make a small order of some specific fixtures that were not in stock, and Chris did a bunch of sleuthing to figure out how to source them and get them to me quickly. He was immediately receptive, proactive, and contacted me to keep me informed. I ended up getting the fixtures more quickly than I ever could have expected. I won't necessarily call customer service a dying art, but it's waning as a practice. I was able to to get genuinely good customer service here, and I felt that was worth a public boost. Thank you!”

“Huge thank you to Taylor in customer service for going above and beyond for us with our return. The front desk was busy, and having computer issues but he never let that affect how he handled our return of an item we ordered that got delivered used. After checking in store inventory, which ended up also being used, he ordered us a replacement that got delivered next day.”
“The tall girl that’s in lumber in the afternoon is always so sweet. I’ve seen her smile at every customer while Waiting in line to check out. Usually, they all have this miserable look on their faces.
Every other part of The store is beyond frustrating, especially appliances”
