I have a credit card with Key. Proper billing, no mistakes. Lost card. They replaced within 2 days. The only problem is that they don't have a convenient branch for me to switch from a lesser bank.

They moved have to spend 1/2 hour of my time driving across town. Other than that been a customer since 1989 and no problems. Im considering opening a account close to home instead of adding a 1/2 hour drive to do banking on top of my long work day. ??

The bankers there are really helpful, I needed documents of my account to show in dmv and they were kind and helpful
