I tried to switch here months ago and my PCP kept sending my scripts to my previous pharmacy in my old town and finally I got the chance to come here as I wanted and I won’t be going anywhere else again, ever! “Mylan and his staff are always kind and respectful. I have never had to wait for my medications and I have never had any problems in regards to discrepancy if any of my medications. I would never go to any chain store pharmacy. As you are just a number. Mylan and the pharmacy technicians always acknowledge me by Mrs. *****Newburgh is lucky to have a privately owned business such as Newburgh Pharmacy as they truly are the best pharmacy and people to deal with and in a non judgemental way. He took the time to attentively listen to my concerns and answer my questions which was very refreshing in this day and age. I greatly appreciate everything he did for me and I will be returning to this pharmacy.”
“I've been going to this pharmacy for 5 years and I've always had a great experience ... The staff is very helpful and attentive. The pharmacists are always very polite and pro active when it comes to filling refills .... The only issue I have is that they don't request new refills for you from your doctor but thats ok :-)”

“The customer service I received last night was beyond stellar. I was doing multiple transactions and using multiple coupons (annoying, yes I know). When I hit a snag, rather than just help me at self checkout, Aafreen brought me to her register and patiently and enthusiastically helped me complete my transactions. She was kind, personable and incredibly warm. She should be commended for her interpersonal skills and general kindness.”

“I love this pharmacy! They have always been professional and much faster than the other local chains. Prescriptions are filled quickly and I've never had to wait very long in the store. The counter help is always courteous and helpful, and the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and approachable with any questions. If they didnt't have an item in stock, they have ordered it and has been in the following day. They have also been very helpful with insurance questions.”
