The hotel and room were clean. We slept well, and the bed was comfortable and relatively quiet. The rooms are dated with some obvious wear. However, there is no ice machine nor ice available on request. The complimentary breakfast was no where to be found, and no one at the front desk to ask. There are probably places to stay at about the same cost that offer full services.

I have stayed in other Ramada hotels but by far this was not up to those other, room smelled, bathroom was rusty. I guess the bullet proof glass at the front counter should of explained it all.

Don’t stay here, smoky dirty old the bed itself was clean. Everything else was old. My room was $100. It’s more like a $25 room.

Everything is very very filthy. The chairs looked like doo doo stains, saw a cockroach in the toilet, barely any supplies to take a shower, beds were dirty. Overall I would not recommend this location. 😠👎

Needed a place to stay for a concert. Last minute decision and everything was sold out. Went off their name... should have read reviews!
Bugs hanging from ceiling. Shower gross as well as corners of walls/ceilings. Afraid we'd bring home bed bugs, but thankfully we didn't. Should have known it would be bad when while checking in there was another person complaining. Same as when we were checking out. Also this place is NOT ADA compliant! Stairs Everywhere! Even if you want the first floor.
I'm surprised Wyndham wants to attach their name to this place.

I honestly don't know why Ramada or Wyndham would have their names associated with this place. We were short on time so booked on reputation and photos. Should have read the reviews. Photos are obviously very old because it no longer looks like this. Entire place is in disrepair and grounds are not maintained. Amenities are all shut down and looks like have been for quite awhile. Location was convenient and gentleman checking us in was pleasant enough, but I would not stay here again even if it was free.

I DROVE 2 HRS TO VISIT MY FAMILY IN NEWBURGH! ONCE I BOOK MY ROOM (312) AND SETTLE DOWN NOT EVEN 5 MINUTES HAS PASS I FOUND TWO COCKROACHES BY THE SAFE AND ONE ON THE CEILING... I went to go talk to the clerk they still have the nerve to tell me if i wanted a another room TF? KNOWING THAT I EXPLAINED WHAT happened tHEY STILL WANTED ME TO STAY..... So i had to get a another room in Wappingers spending another $200, NOW IMAGINE WASTING $400 IN ONE NIGHT ALL CAUSE THIS COMPANY CANT KEEP THE HOTELS CLEAN AND UP TO DATE. I want my refund! THIS WON'T BE THE LAST TIME YOU HEAR FROM ME, I HAVE VIDEOS AND PICTURES OF THE ROOM 312 LOCATED IN NEWBURGH NY 12550, NY-300

We got there 3:40pm, no one was there, so had to wait like 20min to check in. Then the room was not cleaned, so go back to the front. Wait another 15 months to be cleaned. Bathroom had hair from prior visitor, We came back midnight to the hotel, then the secured door which you need to swipe card to get in was opened by a shoe. We felt not SAFE. No one in the front, and secured area was able for anyone to come in. We double locked the room. Bathroom door was hard to open/close. Bath towel was so course that it hurt to wipe, don’t go there.

The entire hotel was junk! After driving 1100 miles all we wanted was a shower and sleep! Our room smelled of urine it was hot! Sinks cracked, drawers won’t close, floor’s sticky no easy access to second floor! Just a huge mess over all! Do better! For $200 a night at best &65 a night

Grade a c. It's being remodeled but many places in it are very luxurious. It was very comfortable I will probably deserve the full 5-star rating very soon!

Stay away. The place is filthy and in desperate need to repair. The first room had a disgusting toiled that was not flushed. The second room had burns in the mattress and hair on the sheets.
