Great stuff nice experience trying to do everything possible to help me get my package taking my phone number on a note with the tracking number giving over to the postmaster making sure they call me back and give me the exact path how to get my package as soon as possible

I get here ten minutes before closing and they closed!!!!!!!
That said, the staff are otherwise nice. One person knows me, sees me coming in, and has my oversized packages that won’t fit into my P.O. Box ready for me before I get to her window.

Why would a federal website have false information posted on it? Try to do a walk in for passport today and the worker told me they do not do that it is time for them to update the website if they no longer offer the service. but someone is lying because I missed my appointment last Friday and a pervious worker told me they took walk ins so USPS please train your staff so they give customers the right information.

They need to take down walk in hours for passport if they no longer offer that service ,why is a federal website giving false information to it citizens? Do better.

Horrible service the lady that works there is extremely rude and did not even want to take my ID i hope they do a completely new rehire of staff because i am always met with attitude

The old lady attending is so rude and disrespectful that she wouldn't give you any time to do anything.
You can be so patient with her, and she behaves like she didn't even want to be doing her job.

2 of my packages were scanned as delivered and I was there and never received it!!! These drivers are stealing packages and all they can say is that they don’t have supervisors.. no wonder they are stealing packages.. the worst service in Newburgh and the workers not being supervised are doing whatever they want!!!! I’m so disgusted !!!!

Go anywhere else. Do not go here if it can be avoided. Appointments are not guaranteed. They should just close it.

Horrible experience with usps, Inwas supposed to have a package delivered to my home ok the 28th and never got delivered, instead it got deluvered to a po box in newburgh and Ive spent 3 days trying to get information on where my package is and noone has been able to tell me where my package is at.

Don’t bother calling—their telephone has cobwebs from never being picked up, no matter when or how often you call.Don’t bother having your mail forwarded—they haven’t figured out how to do that.Smoke signals are a more reliable way to communicate than using this post office.
