“I have been looking for a good bank that seems like they are taking steps to have a strong banking app as well as great customer service. When I came into Evans in Lockport, I was actually greeted by a happy teller who was more than willing to help me with any questions I had. I hope the app gets the update that is mentioned on their website soon because I would like to continue banking with Evans.Please put more branches in Lockport and surrounding areas! We need great customer service and businesses like this! If you are looking for a great bank with great customer service join Evans.”
“This is a very small community credit union bank. People keep it real (not always professional) when banking issues arise, for example a creditor double dips and withdraws twice the allotted amount from a customers account. The bank likes everything that’s orderly, this includes keeping paperwork nice and neat so keep your sloppiness to a bear minimum. I really like the drive through, the tellers are friendly and do their job. I don’t bank here anymore because they’re way too small for this former NYC resident.”

“This is a credit union for those who keep calling it a bank. Yes, there are differences. In any case, this is a great place to do business and they are always professional and polite. I have been a member for nearly 25 years and rarely a problem they can't take care of.”

“I bank here. They usually have friendly service. I really like Stacy. I would almost give 3 stars because they often don't answer the phone even with time in between calls. They also don't do the direct deposit ledger right away on Monday.”
