The frame required custom ordering directly from Toyota and my truck sat in their shop taking up space costing them lost revenue for over 4 months! Once they finally had the frame from Toyota they still took the time they needed to get my truck back together the right way, and put in the extra effort to replace my NASCAR stickers that had been damaged on the door with the help of D&T Graphics.
