POW Collision CARSTAR provides a wonderful and great experience with outstanding and awesome service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and offers great customer service from start to finish. They are quick to get vehicles in, often the same day, and complete repairs promptly. The team keeps customers informed with daily updates on the status and process, making everything stress free. They take care of everything, including rental arrangements with zero hassle. Customers are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend and use them again for collision repair.
Newfane is a small town, and I always recommend POW to my WNY friends. Importantly, the shop has been under new ownership for a couple years, and Robert and everyone has maintained the same quality and friendliness as “Paul or Wayne” (POW) which is terrific!

They did a great job painting my car customer service was on top of it. They informed me every day to let me know what’s going on until the point where it was finished and ready to pick up super cool no problems thank you.
