“My daughter is a college student at Niagara University, I live in Rochester. She broke down and happened upon DNA (DANNY) by calling AAA. Danny was patient with her and explain to her what the problem was and how she could fix it herself. Fast forward 4 weeks she needed him to tow the car from the parking lot at school ( she obviously didn't fix it). He came got the car and fixed the problem. Being over an hour away from your child when they are having car problems is intense. Danny made the process smooth and his communication is amazing. They are definitely an up and coming company with respect and great morals of understanding. Thank you Danny for helping us out in this situation and getting her mobile again.
