“I'm feeble these days, I guess, so it would be lovely if there were a better set of gentle ramps at both doors of building K, as it is difficult for me to get over those bumps. The left-hand door of building K also possibly sticks and has sometimes been too difficult for first-time users of building K doors. A woman who has been with you longer than I kindly helped me, and I have prevailed since then, PRAISE GOD. Thank you for asking. Bless you all for the sake of God's holy one, according to scripture, as a bruised reed he would not break. I love him and don't want to break a bruised reed. Come!”
“I car battery was completely dead, and Patrick came to save me 10 minutes after a call. He also taught me how to prevent it in the future. Really good service, and I also had a great conversation with him too. Highly Recommended!”

“Cortney was polite as well as knowledgeable and most helpful to make my experience as easy without having any worry of leaving my belongings behind. The space I was provided with was clean and just what I wanted. It was a great experience.”
“The entire process, from scheduling an appointment to having the team pick up my boxes for storage, was very smooth. I also appreciated that they provided three free boxes and delivered my belongings directly to my dorm the following year.”
“Please disregard recent review by Craig reeves. I sold the contents of the storage units. Has nothing to do with this company. He does not understand how a storage auction works.”

“We have had great experiences in working with CSP Management leasing our home here in Ithaca.
Jeff, Butch and Clint have taken care of items that needed attention in a timely fashion with respect and professionalism.
Thank you guys!”
“It’s an amazing place to live in. The staff is great and really nice, everybody was always available and happy to help with anything. Dream team.
It's also a great location, everything is within walking distance (restaurants, convenience stores, coffe shops, bus stops, Cornell campus, etc).
I totally recommend Center Ithaca.”
“Denise was the absolute best!! She was so personable and helpful; she definitely has solidified our decision on sticking with U-Haul for any of our moving needs. Denise’s sincerity and kindness made all of the difference in our experience renting a truck and has left us with such a positive memory leaving Ithaca! We can’t thank her enough!!”

“I had a great experience renting a climate controlled locker from 4 Season Storage to temporarily store my guitars and equipment. I would use them again in the future.”
“This college storage company provided valuable customer service for our family. We had a child who didn't return to school as planned, and they worked with us to retrieve his stuff he'd stored with them. When a problem arose due to boxes not being properly labeled, they were able to use their pick up photos to locate his boxes. Great phone service, great service overall!”
