“Super easy and efficient rental experience for the storage unit. Natalie was exceptionally helpful to secure the unit. I secured the unit over the phone while my daughter was at the site and was able to check out the unit size to make sure it was appropriate. Exceptional customer service by Natalie.”

“Cortney was polite as well as knowledgeable and most helpful to make my experience as easy without having any worry of leaving my belongings behind. The space I was provided with was clean and just what I wanted. It was a great experience.”
“Airport Storage runs a professional operation with an excellent facility. Their payment platform is user-friendly, and having the monthly payment set up for automatic payments is a seamless process. One very important thing is that the management team is accessible and very responsive, and they provide solid customer service. I rented a 10x20 space for over 2 years and I would go back to them for any future storage needs. Airport Storage is highly recommended!”
“Excellent excellent experience at a fair price. Danielle is always there to answer any questions you may have, and always provides top notch service. The storage units are well made and the climate controlled building is always a comfortable temperature. The unit preserved multiple furniture items of mine for over a year. Highly recommend!”
“The entire process, from scheduling an appointment to having the team pick up my boxes for storage, was very smooth. I also appreciated that they provided three free boxes and delivered my belongings directly to my dorm the following year.”
“It’s an amazing place to live in. The staff is great and really nice, everybody was always available and happy to help with anything. Dream team.
It's also a great location, everything is within walking distance (restaurants, convenience stores, coffe shops, bus stops, Cornell campus, etc).
I totally recommend Center Ithaca.”
“Convenient location, 10 mins drive to campus. Environment is quiet and safe. Good management, onsite manager is extremely nice and reliable, reach out to Dennis, he is trustable and always accessible for any assistance.”

“Thank you for the easiest experience. I stored a car over the summer and everything was easy and instructions so clear. Recommend for anyone in Ithaca and I hear it's a chain so would definitely use them again. Denise is lovely and great.”
“Denise was the absolute best!! She was so personable and helpful; she definitely has solidified our decision on sticking with U-Haul for any of our moving needs. Denise’s sincerity and kindness made all of the difference in our experience renting a truck and has left us with such a positive memory leaving Ithaca! We can’t thank her enough!!”
“This college storage company provided valuable customer service for our family. We had a child who didn't return to school as planned, and they worked with us to retrieve his stuff he'd stored with them. When a problem arose due to boxes not being properly labeled, they were able to use their pick up photos to locate his boxes. Great phone service, great service overall!”
