I’ve had so much mail go missing, when I go to the post office to ask if my mail somehow ended back there, they say “no” without even checking. Just the other day I was working in the yard, saw the mail person at the mailbox. When I went up, there was a note saying no one was home for a certified piece of mail.

Even though they have proper information to forward mail they do not always forward and instead place in our PO box. This has created several unpleasant issues.

Just make sure you have the address right because they will return it to sender even if they know you personally and know the correct address
