7-Eleven on McLeod Road in Niagara Falls, Ontario is a convenience store that offers a mixed customer experience. The staff is generally described as friendly, especially the "girls" who work there. However, the store has faced criticism for consistently getting online orders wrong, with issues like missing items, incorrect orders, and poor food quality. Despite these order fulfillment problems, the store remains a popular destination for quick snacks and drinks. Customers appreciate the convenience, though they note that prices are high, which is a common issue at many convenience stores. The staff turnover has been high, with new employees replacing familiar faces, but the current team is still efficient in serving customers. Overall, 7-Eleven provides a mixed bag of experiences, with friendly staff but inconsistent order accuracy and quality. Customers continue to visit for the convenience, but express frustration with the store's mistakes, especially when ordering through delivery services.

Honestly this place is nice. It's clean, the employees are friendly and and the food is great. By the slupree's the floor is a little sticky but that happeneds at all these locations and even most circleK's.

The girls at the 7 Eleven on McLeod Rd in Niagara Falls, ON were very friendly. If people had that attitude all the time, the world would be a better place to live.
