“First impression is always the last as they say. On my visit to this location wasn’t all that awesome, but the owner and employees had grew on me. The business all the older short ladies very awesome her customer service kills I would give it 100 and Kimora Kim or another worker she’s awesome as well everyone I would say is good the price is always great to you always getting a welcome a great gas but for you to visit you can have your tire pumped here in your tire wash your windscreen you can get guns anything pertaining to your car in the care of your car you could find it at this gas location don’t forget to give it a visit”
“I always fill up at shell, as other have said the pumps are in a tight area and only 4 so if you come at a busy time might have to wait for a pump but otherwise there is lots of parking and a decent store if need to grab some things to go. Never had any issues here and I pay with the app now which is pretty convenient.”
“A nice place to stop by for fuel and some convenience products. Honselty CSR was down to earth person. He came outside to help me which shows how serious they are for providing excellent customer service. Great job guys.”

“Fountain machine was not operating the time and that was theory reason I was there.Lots of other snacks available though I didn't get anything.Helpful staff but his accent was too thick for me to understand. He was trying to explain all the snacks. They were in non-english packaging.”

“I’m going to give this a location 4 stars. I always stop in when 7/11 comes across my path to see what the quality of the store is like. This one is MUCH cleaner than other location I have visited through out Niagara.
From the coffee station to the slushy machine I thought it was clean enough even to let my kids eat from the hot table. Well they both said their hot dog and one off those rolled pastry things were delicious.?
Staff was friendly.”

“I love car washes, they are very calming and exciting to see each different one. This car wash was a yes for me, it had a equality soap aka colourful soap. It first started off rinsing the car with water, then white soap, then went over top with a beautiful rainbow of soap which is obviously a yes for me. I love fun colours and especially in car washes. Moving on. The reason I didn’t make this a 5 star is because at the end of this great car wash it didn’t have the best drying cycle. Left our car wet in not even a lot but most spots, and left the front and back area dripping with water. Other than this specific issue which isn’t a necessity to be fixed but it should (if you want the extra star) I would say this car wash is a yes for me!”

“My daughter and I visited this location (across from Starbucks) because her front car tires were low and needed air. When we got there, there was a young gentleman in the kiosk who I asked if he knew how much air I needed to put into the tires. He said the gauge reader wasn’t working but he had one I could use. So, he helped us put the right amount of air in the tires. I just want to say THANK YOU! Unfortunately, I did not get his name but he was working Feb.28 around 11:30 am. There isn’t very many employees out there that would go the length he did. I hope he gets a chance to read this compliment and that his manager will give him the recognition he deserves.”
