“I never leave reviews but this seemed necessary! Manny was seriously wonderful and so communicable this whole journey. Between his work with my insurance company and his diligent responses to my texts (cuz I suck at calling), he really worked with me and I’m so appreciative! My car looks beautiful and brand new even after thousands of dollars worth of damage after my accident.”

“The absolute best in the business. You’d be hard pressed to find a man like Mike Amato anywhere. Very professional, honest and an artist at his trade. His pricing was more than fair. I hope I never have to see him again, but if I’m in need of his services, I won’t hesitate to go there. If you need auto body work done, I encourage you to go see Mike.Service: Body & Trim”

“Had them repaint bumpers on a few mustangs back in the day. Great color matching abilities. And the authenticity is also there. Suggested I get my trucks chrome bumpers wrapped instead of color matching for a more affordable cost. Great guys.”

“I had the best experience buying my New Ford Bronco at Basil Ford Niagara Falls. Anthony S. Was my sales rep and he took care of everything for me. He was very quick and responsive to my questions. There are no pushy sales tactics there, no games being played . I wouldn’t buy a Ford anywhere else!!”

“I have been a Napa customer for 30yrs but for the last couple Fisher has become my first choice. They keep a decent stock on hand and their prices are equal to or better most of the time but the selling point for me is the staff. When I’ve called in a pinch they actually go out of their way to get the part there fast and more then once I have sent the order in when the store was closing and instead of ignoring it till morning the manager himself has delivered the parts on his way home. Back in the old days that would be normal but these days it seems like nobody goes out of their way for anyone and that is something I respect and appreciate.”

I contacted Kyle the manager at Gerber in Wheatfield and he had me bring my car back in and they fixed everything the right way. I would recommend going there.”

“Went to NAPA today because my passenger windshield wiper fell apart due to freezing snow. The young guy who help me was fabulous. Ask me what type I needed and didn't try to upsell me. He went out to my car and put the wiper on and showed me how it fitted on for future reference. I think his name was Josh(?), but anyway he was great! TEN STARS! As a woman I am always worried about being ripped off. Thank you NAPA.”

“Scuba steve sold us my kids first car and my goodness am I glad we stopped by on the off chance to see if they sold used cars. We found THE perfect car at the perfect price. Probably lower than any private sale in fact. I didn’t feel pressured whatsoever. Steve made the entire experience fun for my kid and informative too! A well spent 2 hours for sure! I’d highly recommend any new student looking for a safe decent car to ask for Steve!”

“Had such a great experience with Amanda and William. I needed help replacing my windshield wipers, testing my battery, buying some fuel system cleaner and returning half axles that I had bought in 2019 under lifetime warranty. They were extremely kind and patient and made sure I got the best deal and the best advice for everything. I came from Ontario where there are no AutoZones, but they made it well worth the 2 hrs of driving and 2 hrs of waiting at the border!”

“During the last "ice storm" my son's car spun out , hoped a curb and hit a wall . cracked the whole front bumper and side panel . Went to Granto's with no appt.Mr. Granto ( Pete) came out checked out the car went on his computer , instructed me on what to tell my insurance and asked me to come back on Monday .He estimated my car would take a full week to repair ,4 days later the call that all was finished and all my insurance paper work was completed and we even saved a small sum of money that was originally mentioned . No hassle , no stress and a saving from original estimate .... Thank you Mr. Granto”

“Hopefully it's good. They put our old rim on our new tire. It looked like to me that the tire was popping out of the rim. I showed the mechanic and he said that's the bead seal they use so it's okay. Hopefully that's true because my truck isn't sensing the tire and it should since it's the original rim. Hopefully everything was installed correctly I'm a little worried since the truck can't read the tire”
