They scheduled my repair for a convenient time for me and stuck to their word on when I would get the vehicle back. “I have been a Napa customer for 30yrs but for the last couple Fisher has become my first choice. They keep a decent stock on hand and their prices are equal to or better most of the time but the selling point for me is the staff. When I’ve called in a pinch they actually go out of their way to get the part there fast and more then once I have sent the order in when the store was closing and instead of ignoring it till morning the manager himself has delivered the parts on his way home. Back in the old days that would be normal but these days it seems like nobody goes out of their way for anyone and that is something I respect and appreciate.”

“I wanted to share my experience and appreciation for the outstanding service I received during my recent vehicle purchase. My sales associate, Luke Stewart, made the entire process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
I had explained to Luke that I was interested in viewing two vehicles and would not be making an immediate decision. He was more than happy to accommodate, taking the time to review each model’s features and specifications with me in detail. “Went to NAPA today because my passenger windshield wiper fell apart due to freezing snow. The young guy who help me was fabulous. Ask me what type I needed and didn't try to upsell me. He went out to my car and put the wiper on and showed me how it fitted on for future reference.
I think his name was Josh(?), but anyway he was great!

“Hopefully it's good. They put our old rim on our new tire. It looked like to me that the tire was popping out of the rim. I showed the mechanic and he said that's the bead seal they use so it's okay. Hopefully that's true because my truck isn't sensing the tire and it should since it's the original rim. Hopefully everything was installed correctly I'm a little worried since the truck can't read the tire”
