“Ralph and the team at Integrity Auto run a shop with just that - integrity. I went in for an oil change and to have my muffler inspected to resolve a leak. Ralph was able to give me a quote for the exhaust repair, but it would have required replacing the entire thing. He recommended I go to a muffler specialty shop, specifically Mufflerman in Tonawanda, and the guys there were able to get me out the door in under an hour for half the price. “Mice chewed wires in my 2019m Nissan Rogue. It was a mess but Zafuto's worked on it and got the car running great again. It was a Crankshaft Sensor, hard place to get to, needed a new pigtail plus the sensor. Can trust them with your car and not to mess with stuff in it. Won't rip you off with things that don't need to be replaced. Thanks Zafutos”

“Today, just after crossing the border near Niagara Falls, my car hit a deep pothole and my tire blew out instantly. The tire pressure dropped to 9 PSI, and I was completely stranded. It was already late, and I called five repair shops — all of them were closed.
This shop was my last hope, and the owner told me he could help. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very kind and patient man. When my phone had no signal, he even lent me his own phone so I could contact my family.
After checking the tire, he explained that the tire model was not available and that the sidewall damage meant it couldn’t be repaired. I truly thought I would be stuck overnight. Instead, today, in freezing weather (around -10°C), he went to five different stores to find the right tire for me.
He installed the new tire so I could safely get home. The price was extremely fair — nearly just the tire cost plus labor, which I could afford.
This was not just great service — it was genuine kindness.
I am incredibly grateful and highly recommend this shop.”
