We were able to get a re-do of the previous service and they even threw in an extra service for the inconvenience. Taylor let me know that they wouldn't be there, but made sure that another manager knew exactly what we needed. That is the right way to do customer service! The car looks great and we are very happy.Original post:My fiance and I were at this location last week. We paid $40.00 for the Super Interior Steamed & Sanitized service. We asked them if they could clean the trunk and they said the would. However, the trunk was never touched. The floor mats were cleaned very thoroughly, but that was about it. When the car was returned, the attendant left her rags in the car. I tried to submit a complaint online, but the form isn't working. Very disappointed.”

“This is always a busy place. Sometimes the parking and cars getting in Line can be a little crazy. My last visit the online payment didn't work and I had to go inside which added time to my visit. But everyone was pleasant and it just took a little longer”

“Not all the bays were working but I have seen a service technician working in there lately since the new store opened next door. Now if they could only fix the drive through door that someone actually drove through they might get a five star from me. Please keep the price where it is today.”
