I came in for brake light replacements. I felt I was being overcharged & declined further service. The worker, showed me my used brake lightbulbs indicating he had removed them from my vehicle already & asked if I’d like for him to put them back. I responded “No thank you, please leave them out since they are blown out. I paid a service fee for the effort which is understandable and exited. Once I was given my vehicle, a light I’ve never seen before was on the dash. The employee initially told me he wasn’t sure what it meant but shortly after stated the light being on wouldn’t affect my vehicle. I went to purchase bulbs & went to get them fixed for a more reasonable price, I was informed that not only were my bulbs put back in but were BROKEN inside the socket. Shortly after my bulbs were replaced & my brake lights still weren’t working even though the employee told me my bulbs were the problem BEFORE I declined service. In my opinion the worker seemed upset after I declined service & my vehicle remained in the back with the employee for quite a while after I declined which was suspicious to me then all of a sudden my vehicle has issues. Allegedly.

I only go to Firestone for my car diagnoses period. They are honest and reliable 💯. Customer service is 💯.

They fit me in for an inspection when no one else would, and I was due 1 day ago, so i was in a bind. Rich inspected my car and was an honest man about it. Told me about my brakes and rotators. Because he was honest and suggested I get my carbon or cabin filter and air filter changed (but didn't NEED to pass), I spent the extra money with him to do it. Which brought me from $21 to $149.00
I know i could have bought the filters for $20 at Wal-Mart and put them in, but I decided to give them more of my business and money and time because they came through for me, with no appointment made prior or anything. And I appreciated his honesty with my inspection. My boyfriend knows quite enough about cars to have known if we got told any unexpected or false things about my vehicle..... but we were not! Rich even let him come back and look at my brakes.

to say the least i’m very disappointed with how this firestone location operates.
i came in ten minutes early for a scheduled appointment just to wait 2 hours for an oil change. the staff didn’t seem to care about the wait time and im very upset with the customer service at this auto shop.
i feel like there was no consideration for others and they prioritized certain customers over other ones.
when my car was ready, the staff member took 10 minutes to return my keys to me after my car key and receipt was prepped and ready to go.
after this experience i am very hesitant about returning to firestone for any car services.

Talk about ripping people off........the story is way to long an convoluted for the amout of space you get to text on this review.......I will never recommend Firestone to anyone!!!!!! EVER!!!!!!!!

He’ll make an appointment for a simple oil change your car will sit there all day and then they’ll call you less than 30 minutes to closing saying they can’t get to your car asking to reschedule. They take forever when they can get to it and you’re lucky if that’s even on the first try

I have had poor experiences at the Amherst location (on Niagara Falls Blvd). Had poor telephone encounter with Sheridan Dr location recently as well. But nothing but positive experience with the Niagara Falls, NY location. The other locations should take note.

I made an appointment for December 24, 8am. Everyone called off except for one tech and he was waiting to get in as was I. The manager from Maple rd came over to tell he would get us out as fast as he could, but had to get the keys to the Niagara Falls store. He got me in and out and was, basically, the hero of the day. Him and the tech were at peak performance and deserve good rewards.

Waited over 4 hours with small children because they ordered wrong parts!! The Wind chill Temp was below zero so couldn't take them for food or a walk. There was no concern that we were ready to burst out crying, kids hungry because its now supper time and phone was almost dead. Time was constantly moved back. All this for breaks and rotors. We were there at 12:30 for a one o'clock appt. T h e bill was over a thousand dollars and they gave a "discount " of $100. Didn't get out if there till almost 5:30.. a half hour after they closed I can't get back the time I lost but should have received better compensation.
Mom's, this is not the place for you. Go somewhere else.

would have been 0 stars but for the nice lady serving me, in Niagara falls, NY. booked a 1 pm tire alignment and added an oil change. they took my van in on time. 2:10 I'm called to the desk: "sorry, we couldn't do your alignment, van is too low to the ground. Oh and sorry we couldn't do oil change for same reason ". got back in my van and everything that was on the front passenger seat and on the back bench was laying on the ground. including a can of soda that punctured and was spraying fluid everywhere. someone was racing it or slamming the brakes very hard. real nice

Every good customer service. Al even gave me a ride home and picked me up because they were running behind. Pricing is reasonable. 👍🏼
