The Niagara Falls, NY location provides excellent service, unlike the Amherst and Sheridan Dr locations. On a busy day, the manager from the Maple Rd store stepped in to help the one tech on duty, getting the customer in and out quickly. Gina was super friendly and helpful, making the tire mounting and balancing process easy and quick. Overall, the pricing is reasonable, and the customer service is exceptional.
