“I was on a mission to find a bedroom dresser. Not happy with the choices online at Amazon (and also not wanting to build it myself) I decided to check out local furniture stores. Raymour was low on my list bc I knew their prices were higher than other stores in the area. After being disappointed at the choices and poor quality of the competition I headed over to Raymour Flannigan's and was blown away. Yes the prices are slightly higher but the quality of the product is also slightly better. (It's 2026 good luck finding new, well made furniture anywhere unless it's Amish made) Shabrena greeted us upon arrival and she was such a delight to work with. She showed us to the section we were looking for and then gave us time alone to browse which is a lovely gesture. (I can't stand a sales person shadowing me.) We found multiple dressers that we were interested in and once we narrowed it down Shabrena showed up and helped us proceed with the financing part. It went incredibly smooth and fast! Delivery will be in a few days and I also won a cool prize by becoming a customer! I highly recommend visiting this store. It DOES have whatever you're looking for and the prices reflect the quality. “We have a rental unit that is vacant now. The gas fireplace had not be cleaned for at least 5 years and you could not see through the glass at all. Dave was the gas fitter that showed up to clean it and at first glance was concerned about it's condition and explained in detail everything to us as to why. Dave worked hard for about an hour or so and when finished? You would think we had a new gas fireplace installed. He was very nice, great sense of humor, extremely knowledgeable, and it was very obvious that he cared about the One Stop customers. As a business owner myself? there is no doubt that this guy is a keeper that takes a ton of pride in his work, and loves to please the customer. Awesome service from the booking to the end result!! All the staff are really amazing !!!”

CEO Bill Barton told analysts the company plans to open about 20 new stores in 2026 and sees a path to more than 500 locations by 2035, roughly two and a half times its current 209-store footprint across 26 states.
