I see exactly why they have a two star rating. Customer service was horrible.

No bathrooms for customers, no drive thru. They do have an ATM, you have to use your bank card to get into a little room where the ATM is. I was gonna talk to a person about home equity loan but I had to piss and couldn't wait.

Worst customer service ever. Don’t recommend this branch. The employees at the nf blvd location are way more helpful and have better customer service skills. I almost want to switch banks from this experience tbh
