Based on the reviews, this Michaels store is clean and has great prices. The staff, including Avary and Ella, are kind, helpful, and professional. They assisted a customer in finding a beautiful flower wreath for a funeral and helped another with balloon inflation for an Amazon order. While this Niagara Falls branch is a smaller store without as much as other locations, it offers a nice, immaculate environment with great self-checkout registers. Everything to create anything is available, including party supplies, balloon inflation, and craft assortments.

I needed to pick out a Beautiful flower wreath for my mother in laws funeral and the staff here was truly amazing! They helped me find one and for the occasion. They were very kind and professional.. the store is immaculate, with great prices and items..
