“I haven't always had the best of luck at this location but recently I had a phone screen shattered and had to use my insurance to acquire another phone everybody from the people at 611 to Luis at the counter not only helped me with my insurance claim and receiving my new phone but I brought it in and pad luis download all my stuff from one phone to the other phone. He was beyond professional and courteous to me and all the other customers that came in, it was a trying situation because I am not the most patient person sometimes. 10 stars to Luis”

They got mom a new phone and took her off another account. Jeff!! You are amazing you were very polite and very sincere. Kevin! Thank you for helping figure out how we could get mom out of the situation of being on someone else's account and helping mom break free from that hold! Pat!! You sat with us and listened. You help transfer all data to the new device and deleted from the old. The customer service we received other 2 visits to your store location was so pleasant. “Honestly, I try to avoid Walmart whenever possible. It can be very overwhelming for me and it feels chaotic. However, when searching for certain things that can only be found at Walmart (or ordered online) I've been pleasantly surprised with my experience. I'm able to navigate the store with ease. The shelves are well stocked and there appears to be enough staff. I have to admit the the prices are great and I have found some top quality items. For the most part I'm glad that I went and will likely go again.”
