Jeremy Matties took the time to understand my account protection and MFA issues instead of simply directing me to another support number. He involved his manager, Christian Cruz, documented the problem, and escalated it through the proper channels.
They didn’t solve the issue during my visit, but they treated me with respect and were the first AT&T employees who actively advocated for a solution. If you have a complicated account issue, I highly recommend this store.”
