Bobbi was an absolute angel this AM. I’m not a big fan of getting blood taken, especially after having to fast but she brought so much joy to my visit with her silly ways and made sure I was okay before I left (I was a little woozy and she knew it). Bobbi if you see this, I hope you have the best day and everything works out for you and your pups! 🤍

The staff at the test center where great. But Quest it self was terrible. I had a appointment made in March which Quest erased it. If I didn't check it. I would have lost out with luck got a new one the same day a hour later. So my advice is don't trust their appointment system.

I only go to Quest. Only 2-3 people there. Extremely hot day. Good to get into air conditioning. No appt. , but I was accessed easily. Good blood draw, after Dr. office suggested I go right after my Dr. appt.

The location in Niagara Falls and Military Road was the worst experience I have ever had with a quest lab!! They stabbed me twice in one arm and cause excruciating pain by moving the needle around in my arm. I thought I was going to pass out. Then she tried taking blood from my other arm doing the exact same thing, causing more pain. They then said after they were done, "I hope I got enough blood for the tests." NOT very reassuring at all. I will NOT be returning to that location and have warned everyone against going there. I left pale, shaking and on the verge of passing out.

Make a appointment even if you only need to drop of a specimen. Took 45 min even with only 2 people before me. Walk in was not a good idea.

I asked about my appointment and Janae came out and was about ready to fight me. She is so RUDE and COMBATIVE…She said she is not scared of me… there’s nothing to be scared of I just asked and question and an explanation as to why I can’t be helped. I can hear her back there telling her co workers and laughing. There is NO one in the waiting room. I am the ONLY person here. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this office for ANYTHING!!!!!

Everything went fine from the online registration through the sample draw processing everything else employees were very good and thoughtful. The main problem was the wait time even though you had an appointment the delay seem to be from problems. The employees were having with their computer system. I had a 940 appointment Was called in at approximately 1015 and the place was jammed full the experience above and beyond the wait time was very good.

There was a lady there named BOBY DIAZ in room 3 who was extremely rude. Ive never seen anything like it. She was condescending, dismissive, firm, and out right disrespectful while slamming the door shut in a patients face. It was disgusting and left a strong distaste for the company.

Quest Diagnostics is a great place to have lab work done. I have always been treated very well there. The people who work there are extremely professional and good at what they do! When you have a scheduled appointment time, you are usually in and out in no time. They are very organized and keep things moving. I highly recommend Quest!
