Staff excellent however the 6am appointments are actually 620. People need to get to work 30 minutes before 1st appointment to set up or whatever needed to start at 6 am

The place is total mess. Even if you have appointment and arrive timely you have to wait long (sometimes about an hour or so). The place is always overcrowded. No reasonable safety measures. The staff is great - they work real hard. But absolute mismanagement kills any good effort. It was my last visit to this location.

Arrived on Sat 12-9-23 at 10 am one hour prior to close with my 87 year old mom with a uti. Signed her in when the door opened and the nasty worker came yelling “ who does Not” have an appt needs to leave, I approaching and asked can my mom please be seen I prefer not taking her to er and sit all day exposing her and I to other illnesses going around and her answer was it dosent matter!!! We can not see her.

Horrible! This is the worst location I have ever used. I came in 10 minutes early and I have been sitting here for nearly an half hour with an appointment. I never waited this long at any location before. The waiting room is packed at 7:58 am. It even has a lousy security guard. I never seen one at any other location. Lesson learned go somewhere else.

Without any hesitation I can say I have never seen such an unprofessional and rude attitude towards people in my medical carrier! My son was very unlucky to have Janae( I really hope she didn’t give me a wrong name) for his phlebotomist, not only she had extremely rude and aggressive attitude from the very beginning but her skills as a phlebotomist were very poor! I have worked with a lot of phlebotomists, and my son has been through plenty of blood draws this past year, but we have never seen such a low level of professionalism and customer service! The little boy was in so much pain and discomfort, and he is such a patient and tough guy!We had to use this location because our research team did sent us there, and I was quite shocked how people like this work there, because looking at the Quest website, they are promoting pretty different believes and values!I am really sorry I had to write such a review, because I am sure there are also wonderful people working for Quest, but this phlebotomist does not belong to any organization which values its customers!

They take absolutely no walk ins and appointments still wait for sometimes hours at end. The phlebotomists are disgustingly rude and take their time which slows everything down.

Where to start? A bunch of people walked out after sitting there for multiple hours, including myself when one of the staff walked out and said with an attitude to all the walk-ins that you mine as well come back another day when you have an appointment. Then when a lady said she had been sitting there since 7am, she said lady I ain’t gonna argue wit you. Very unprofessional, and rude to the walk-ins that had already been sitting there patiently, and quietly. Even the people who had appointments were becoming very upset with having to wait hours past their setup appointment time. It’s sad when 7 people walk out at the same time, and before someone even walked in he found out what was going on, and decided to go to a different location. Last time I went to this location a couple months ago I sat for almost 6 hours! Save yourself the headache, and go somewhere else!

If I go to the trouble of making an appointment I expect to be seen in a timely fashion. 6:30 am appointment I arrive at 6:15 2 people leave I'm the only one in the place waiting. Now it's 6:35 the place is starting to fill up. 6:45 more people show up. 7:00 am still no movement in the back and more people are showing up. what could possibly take 3 employees almost an hour to do in the back without any clients that early in the morning? finally get called she tells me what room to go to and she disappears!! i couldn't believe it. She finally returns and I told her I've been here since 6:15. "oh really" asked me 2 times if I had fasted. like did you just forget you asked me 2 seconds ago! this place is a joke. There is no other choice but quest unfortunately that my insurance will take. so they know you're stuck!! Whitney Trish whichever you are. yep having a better day now that I'm out of that office

Had a 10:30 appointment for my 92 year old mom. It is a fasting draw. It is now 10:55 & we are still waiting.Totally unacceptable!Update: she was finally seen at 11 am. Apparently, they didn't have enough phlebotomists to handle the number of people scheduled. However, Trisha & Felicia were amazing- my mom is a very difficult draw:(

I have to give this location 5 stars, yeah I had an appointment and yes that appointment was bumped back a bit. It’s no one’s fault, these girls were working as hard and as fast as they could.While I might have had to wait extra time the interaction with the phlebotomist I had was great, she was so sweet & patient despite how busy they were this morning. I didn’t catch her name, I think the white board said “Delora” I could be making that up but whoever worked in room 4 this morning you were great girl! I appreciated you making this an easy quick process. I hope your day is good!

I had made my appoint and check in was easy with the kiosk. Scanning my insurance card was so much easier than typing those small numbers and letters! I was called in within 2 minutes of signing in. The phlebotomist was cheery and helpful. I have very difficult veins so she had to do my hand vein but it was painless. Extra care was given by the phlebotomist for my care & accuracy of testing. Great job! I was in and out within 15 minutes!! Highly recommend this Quest.

What a great experience I had at Quest! They have a new check in system that was fast. It scans your driver’s license and insurance card, so make sure you have them handy. Janae was my phlebotomist and she was gentle and accurate, I am not an easy patient, (difficult veins). I highly recommend this location.

I've been to this location several times for bloodwork, and every time it is the same thing. The appointments themselves are fine, but the WAIT. You set an appointment thinking you'll be seen within a *reasonable* time to your appointment (because let's face it, it's never exactly on time). But idk if it's this location or Quest in general, but this most recent time i wasn't seen until OVER AN HOUR PAST MY ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT TIME. The waiting room was full (and i mean full, standing room only) of people who all had appointments, and none of us were getting seen anywhere close to our scheduled times. Not to mention the person in the waiting room "helping check people in" (because it's not a desk, it's a kiosk) was rude, and didn't seem to have any sympathy for a room full of people (who were probably hangry, because i know i was sitting there waiting for my fasting blood work) who expected to be seen at least in the BALLPARK of their appointment time, and had been there for over an hour after. Like i said, idk if it's a Quest thing or a this location thing, but id steer clear of both if you want to do anything else with your day.
