We came back to Super 8 because of the amazing manager Rob. Only to find out he left. The hotel is not the same without him. Breakfast was terrible! No one to chat with, and very sad options for food. No more toast, bagels or bananas. Not everyone likes waffles! Needless to say, we won’t be back again. Just not the same anymore

It's a nice place to stay, and a great value. It's about 11 min travel from all the major attractions which is nice, you aren't constantly stuck in the tourist traffic. You're also right on main street in Niagra Falls so there is quick and easy access to literally everything from a pharmacy to target, home depot, etc. There are also a ton of restaurants to choose from, and basically any type of food you might want.
Breakfast was pretty good - the waffles are amazing, there just wasn't a huge selection.
We had a small snag in our initial room on our first night; our ac didn't work, so I went to the front desk at 6am and told them and we were immediately given a new room. Not only that, the man that helped me made sure that the new room was nearby so we didn't have to move too far, and he went and turned on the ac in the new room so it would be comfortable for us. My only complaint would be the beds, they aren't the comfiest and they're pretty noisy.
We highly recommend staying there!

The night attendant attempted to steal our money, ended up having to find alternate accommodations and reach out to the general manager the next morning. Stay at Niagara Falls Resort instead.

Rooms: The rooms are only average and may not meet your expectations, for what you pay. There is a lot of noise from the first floor, which could affect your ability to sleep.

employees extremely helpful and very nice.
Rooms: Nice room had a nice sturdy table instead of those stupid flimsy ones that tip back & forth.
Nearby activities: Free trolly to take you to the falls so didn't have to drive & pay $20. to park
Walkability: There was a couple of restaurants and a drug store near.

Great place for the price. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. In our room one bed creaked and there was no microwave. But that's not a problem. The pool was warm and clean. I'll come back here again.

We stayed at this hotel for one night with the family.
**Pros:** The location is excellent — just 11 minutes to the falls, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Although the hotel is old, it is quite clean. The room was standard, nothing special, but it had everything we needed. It was convenient that the hotel has parking and a small pool, and breakfast is included in the price.
**Cons:** Unfortunately, there were no towels in the room, which was an unpleasant surprise. It’s a good thing I always bring my own, but still, their absence was disappointing. Also, there was a loud noise from the hotel's ventilation system in the room — a constant and irritating sound that made it hard to relax. At breakfast, there were very few tables, but lots of guests, so a long queue formed, and some people didn’t have a place to sit.
Overall, the hotel is suitable for a short stay, but there are a few things that could be improved.

Had a pleasant experience. One night during the Labour Day weekend.
Staff were extremely friendly. Made good small talk, gave good recommendations and were very informative. Housekeeping was great and prompt as well when we needed more toiletries and towels.
Rooms were clean and tidy. Fairly basic but it's what you'd expect. No hairdryer but we were OK with it. Air conditioning unit seemed fairly new, packed a punch and had clean filters. Parking lot was abundant at the back. However there are no elevators in the hotel so make sure you ask for a room on the first floor if you need accessibility.
Great location, 10 minute drive to the hotel and >5 minute drive to different stores, restaurants and even the outlet mall. Took 15 minutes for us to get here from Rainbow Bridge.

A good decent hotel for shorter vacation. Short distance from Niagara Falls with good price ? Breakfast was good and front desk person was very busy and easy approachable and kind.
Nearby activities: 15 mins travel to Niagara Falls attractions.
