I called to get inventory on a clearance item. Francis went out of her way to ensure the items were in stock and brought them to the front for me. This is the kind of customer service that should be industry standard. Francis is a straight shooter with upper management written all over her. Thank you Francis!

Great experience as usual! Prices are very good. Cable ties! Flashlights! Awesome Tools! Especially if you need/want something in particular, they usually have it in stock! Or just walk in and You'll find Something You didn't even know that you actually really needed badly!!!
