“Thankfully, Not associated with the UbreakiFix in Smithtown at all. I needed my kids tablet repaired and Smithtown was never open and didnt answer the phone.
Despite being further from my home I called the Deer Park store. They answered the phone and said they could take a look. Later that evening they called me to let me know what the issue was. The Manager was very nice and informative. He told me the cost of the repair. The part and repair costs were a little more than I expected but it made sense based on the age/model of the device. There was no pressure to fix it and even suggested buying a new one would be cheaper. I still got it repaired and it works great now. The whole time they kept me in the loop and up to date on the status since parts needed to be ordered. Professional business every step of the way. Thanks again for all the help.”

This location is wonderful, Ive never set up a new plan before and when it comes to phones it can get confusing with all the perks and options and such but Rahul did an excellent job explaining it to my family and I, being patient with us and setting us up with a great deal. “I needed a cable for my old high end Sennheiser HD600 headphones which Sennheiser won’t do anymore. I was looking at a specialty shop in Utah that fixes only headphones. I sent him a message, he replied with the reasonable final cost and estimated day the cable would arrive. I let him do the job and glad I did. He kept me informed when the cable would arrive and called me that night, job finished ready to pick up. An honest businessman who does good work quickly when it’s possible. If not I’m sure he will tell you the truth about what can and.can’t be done. What more can you ask?”

“Fantastic. Rob helped me on a walk-in on July 4th for an emergency setup at a new apartment. He was patient, cooperative and incredibly helpful. Out of multiple stores that I have been to (Jericho, Huntington, Syosset, Plainview, Garden City, and Massapequa) Rob at the Hauppauge store was the only one able to properly assist me. I have spent the entire day running around speaking to employees who did not understand my requests and were not able to help. Rob has been amazing. A huge breath of fresh air.
