Their business hours are horrible. People who work during the week and need transactions other than ATM have no options. Vestibule that used to be open is no longer an option post Covid. Early morning drive thru (only one) is open hit or miss. Not flexible at all. Need to be more accessible to people who work 9-5.

In reference to ATM’s:
ATM situation are frequently out of service, they are not able to make deposits, on the rare occasion they are working for a withdrawal, the new ATM’s still do not have Deposit function working, It is not even an option.
