They do not support long time customers. The customer service is deplorable. They rather support a disrespect employee then a long time customer. I removed all my accounts,our lock box account and went to another bank in the area…….

In reference to ATM’s:ATM situation are frequently out of service, they are not able to make deposits, on the rare occasion they are working for a withdrawal, the new ATM’s still do not have Deposit function working, It is not even an option.

This bank has a great staff, always pleasant and courteous. Anytime I’ve had a problem, they have always helped me resolve it to my satisfaction. There is also a conscious effort to get customers taken care of in a timely manner. Kudos to N.B. Roslyn.

First day here but i can already tell the customer service is terrible ,people here are weird, they are not welcoming at all it seems like they just want to get out of here asap. I am here to open an account got told to wait for 30 minutes its been more than 30 minutes still waiting. There are way better banks than this but the only reason for my to be here is that i live across the street and i need cash pretty often

The teller was disgustingly rude !!!! I love NYCB but never felt so uncomfortable giving someone my information like I did . No wonder no one was in there they’re customer service sucks

I have been currently sitting on line for the drive up for over 30 minutes now @ started with only 2 cars ahead of me. Numerous people have already driven off the line @ the bank is obviously way understaffed, as there is also a slow moving line in the front of the building as well. I understand there's a pandemic but being we are now in phase 4 there is NO Reason for this incompetence!!!
