The other day i stopped at the Massapequa store on Merrick Rd. The only reason I sometimes use that place is for Amazon return drop-offs. It's convenient when I shop in the Plaza. I needed to buy a box to ship something, and the price was $10.49. Ok, thought it was expensive but after I paid for it, they said it was out of stock and refunded me. Then went to my usual UPS in Farmingdale and the same exact box was $4.95.... The counter person couldn't believe it until I showed her my receipts. She explained that UPS stores are independently owned without price regulations. She looked them up and noticed that their shipping rates were on average 15 - 20% higher than the Farmingdale store as well.
They are a total ripoff!!!
I suggest that you do all your business at the Farmingdale store where they have always been honest, friendly and efficient!”

“We've worked with Vittoria and Eric across multiple projects and they have consistently delivered on quality, communication, and flexibility!
A few things that really stand out: Vittoria is incredibly responsive and proactive. When we needed a one-off bag as a surprise for a client contact, she found a way to work it into the existing production run with zero fuss. She also may be a super human because one time she had proofs done/delivered within ~20 min of our team requesting them!
The team is also thoughtful about the small operational details that matter; confirming SKU label placement, carton labeling, polybag questions, etc without us having to micromanage. That kind of partnership makes our jobs so much easier!
Communication is warm, professional, and efficient. Decoration options / methods are amazing and high quality. Turnaround has been reliable within their stated 7–10 business day window, and they keep you informed at every step.

“I had a bad interaction with a former manager here, and went to other stores for a while, but I stopped by last week and Andrea was terrifically helpful, both finding stock that wasn't on the shelves, and at checkout. Some time ago I had a complicated copying job to turn into a pdf, and the copy clerk was also amazing, though she's not there any more. I think she was about to apply to music school for college. Wish I remembered her name. One drawback is that the branch is a bit smaller than other stores, like the Manhasset one, so they don't have as much inventory, but they do seem to be well stocked for their size, and well run.”

“I recently visited Staples and had a mixed but overall decent experience.
I went in looking for a few specific items and initially received some help from a staff member. She pointed me in the right direction, though I ended up having to search quite a bit on my own to find what I needed. I was specifically looking for parchment-style paper for an award, and it took a while to locate. Unfortunately, no one checked in while I was searching, which made the process a bit frustrating.
When I finally found the paper, it was quite expensive (around $30), but I needed it, so I purchased it anyway. I understand prices are higher these days, but it still felt a bit steep.
At the front of the store, I had a better experience. A young man was very helpful and polite when I asked a question. However, he had to assist another customer while helping me, and I ended up waiting and eventually leaving before finishing everything I needed.
The store itself seemed a bit low on inventory, but that could just be temporary restocking.
Overall, I’d give this location 4 stars mainly because of its convenience—it’s very close to my home—and the helpful attitude of the staff when they were available. With a bit more support on the floor and better stock, the experience could easily be improved.”
