“Always use them when I'm in NY! They make it very convenient to return or drop off packages through UPS. The only downfall is that it's inside Staples so if you don't know UPS is there you won't know to go there.”

“I have been to this Staples a few times in the last month for brochures and Manuel’s for my office . Joslyn has always helped me and always goes above and beyond . Today the printing dept. was so busy, between 2 lines at her desk and people needing help with copying . And the intercom system was announcing a call to her dept . And she was BY HERSELF . She never lost her patience and was so kind to everyone ( I bet she didn’t even get a break today ) she is amazing and an absolute asset to this store”
