“Always use them when I'm in NY! They make it very convenient to return or drop off packages through UPS. The only downfall is that it's inside Staples so if you don't know UPS is there you won't know to go there.”

“I recently visited Staples and had a mixed but overall decent experience.
I went in looking for a few specific items and initially received some help from a staff member. She pointed me in the right direction, though I ended up having to search quite a bit on my own to find what I needed. I was specifically looking for parchment-style paper for an award, and it took a while to locate. Unfortunately, no one checked in while I was searching, which made the process a bit frustrating.
When I finally found the paper, it was quite expensive (around $30), but I needed it, so I purchased it anyway. I understand prices are higher these days, but it still felt a bit steep.
At the front of the store, I had a better experience. A young man was very helpful and polite when I asked a question. However, he had to assist another customer while helping me, and I ended up waiting and eventually leaving before finishing everything I needed.
The store itself seemed a bit low on inventory, but that could just be temporary restocking.
Overall, I’d give this location 4 stars mainly because of its convenience—it’s very close to my home—and the helpful attitude of the staff when they were available. With a bit more support on the floor and better stock, the experience could easily be improved.”
