“I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service I have consistently received as a customer at your CUBESMART Location in the North Baylon location over the past few years.
Jeff, in particular, has been exceptional. He consistently goes out of his way to ensure that every customer receives the assistance they need and is actively involved in managing the grounds.
I also want to commend the recent improvements to the facility. The repaved parking lot and the installation of new doors last year have significantly enhanced the experience. The doors open smoothly, and I've never had any issues with water or pests. As someone with a drive-up unit, I especially appreciate the well-lit parking lots and the security cameras on the buildings, which make me feel safe accessing my unit, even at night.
Although I haven't yet used the new automated entry system, it appears to be a valuable addition, and I appreciate Jeff's help in setting up my portal access.”

“The CubeSmart in Brightwaters, NY is a nice storage facility. It’s clean, safe, secure and laid out well. I appreciate the security locks that you have to provide a security code to enter the front gate and the building. Their freight elevator is clean and resembles an elevator you would see in a hotel. It smells good too. I would not hesitate to recommend the CubeSmart storage facility in Brightwaters to anyone looking for a storage unit.”
