“The staff at the CVS Pharmacy in Target in Commack is always phenomenal. The pharmacists John and Nick are so knowledgable and always willing to answer any questions I have. They take the time to explain side effects to be aware of or medication interactions that there might be. They fill my prescriptions incredibly fast every time too. The pharmacy staff is friendly, professional, and very kind; they remember me and my family every time we go. Even if there are customers being rude to them, they are patient and kind in their responses. They do their best to help fix the issue in whatever way they can. I have been a customer for 10+ years and I would never go to any other pharmacy. They are simply the BEST!”
“I switched to west islip pharmacy about 6 months ago and I’ve been very pleased. Today I walked in and I was told by Fiona that there is a coupon available that may cover my $70 copay on one prescription. She instructed me to go to the manufacturer website. I asked if she knew where to look after searching for a bit. She asked if it was ok for her to look as it’s very difficult to find. I obliged and she found it for me right away. Once I filled out my part she immediate informed me of the next steps and applied the digital coupon which covered the entire copay. Not only that but she told me that it will cover the copay for the next 12 months! She literally saved me over $800 by just being nice and caring about her occupation. Although everyone there has always been great, Fiona really stood out and created an amazing customer experience. Thank you to the whole team.”

I have been doing sales and customer service for over 30 years. When I speak to somebody that is in need of help or having some sort of difficulty, I truly try to do my best to help them as if it was somebody that I really knew and cared about. Not a stranger. Without getting into too much detail, I was having an issue with my insurance company for my daughter who is 19 years old with a specific dosage of a drug. Darlene was so kind so efficient so informative, but most of all she really cared about the fact that my daughter was a younger girl and new to this medication. She followed through and spoke with me with the upmost respect and dedication. She came through as empathic, honest, and really went above, and beyond what she needed to do to help us as a family. I hope someone gives her either a raise ,a high, five a hug, or at least a sincere thank you. There should be more like her in this capacity. Absolutely wonderful, wonderful person and educated on her job. Thank you again, Darlene for everything! You rock!!”

“In the past I had used several pharmacies throughout the years until I found Genoa and I refuse to ever use another pharmacy since. I also would give them a 10 star rating if it was possible-the staff is always so kind caring and extremely helpful . Medications are always in stock and ordered for next day if necessary. A staff member always answers the phone and kindly leaves me a message to let me know when a medication is ready! If I can’t make the trip to the pharmacy they mail my medications for the next day! I Couldn’t ask for a better pharmacy and they actually make the experience enjoyable. (Unlike most pharmacy dreadful trips )”

“I’ve been a customer for the past 5 years. The staff at Kensington has been always a delight and extremely courteous and friendly. No matter who is behind the counter or the pharmacist that day. They always go above and beyond to make sure their patrons are always taken care of, whether it has to do with the price, or ordering you whatever it is you need In a timely manner. For the past six months, I haven’t even been living in West Babylon, But yet I still travel 40 minutes to come to Kensington!”

George is absolutely incredible such a nice guy, he has an incredible personality and seems like he genuinely cares for each and everyone of his customers. They ship my medications to me because with my disabilities it's hard to get a ride. They are always on time and delivered with a smile!! “Tomkin's pharmacy was definitely a breath of fresh air after using chain pharmacies for a decade and then using mom and pop pharmacies that just wanted to take advantage of you and overcharge you. Darryl was the best and always extremely compassionate and just always a good experience. Since the new ownership it's still been a pleasant experience I'd never go back to any other pharmacy even when I need random items I'll go out of my way to go in there as opposed to Walgreens or shop rite.”
